You have 30 (change this) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Make an Exchange 

Important: Our operations are limited during COVID-19. For the most accurate information, please read our COVID-19 update.

Make exchanges online when: 

  • You need a different size of the same style
  • And the replacement item is the same price you paid originally

Through our online exchange process, you’ll order the new size/color at no charge and get a free return shipping label. We reserve exchange orders for 14 days. If we don’t receive your return package within that time, your exchange order will be canceled. Since there can be transit delays, please ship the return package immediately upon requesting your exchange.


Please note: Inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
 
 Contact Customer Service when: 

  • You want to exchange for a different style  
  • The exchange item is a different price  
  • You had a discount or promo code
  • The new package needs expedited shipping 
  • You want to exchange items from multiple orders  
  • Your shipping address has changed  

Please note: You will be charged for exchanges done through Customer Service at the time the exchange order is placed and refunded when the original item is received and processed.
