Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
Our top priority is to get you into your gear quickly. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. We are unable to make changes to an order after it is placed. Please contact Customer Service using one of the methods listed at the bottom of this page to discuss your options.
Order Status
To check Status of your order, you log in to your Onewithwild.com account to view your order history.
Why didn’t I receive my order or shipping confirmation email?
We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
Shipping Information
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5 calendar days. We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
